You order
Pick your test and check out. We place the order with the lab immediately and your dashboard starts tracking it.
Your kit ships
A collection kit arrives with a barcoded collection card, sterile lancets, an alcohol wipe, and a prepaid return mailer. Tracking appears in your dashboard.
You collect and register
A quick finger prick, then fill the circles on the collection card and let it air dry. Register the barcode in your dashboard with your date of birth, biological sex, and collection date. Registration is what links the sample to you — a card mailed without it cannot be matched.
The lab receives it
Drop the mailer in the post. When it is checked in at the lab, your dashboard updates automatically.
Analysis runs
DNA extraction, array scanning across 900,000+ CpG sites, quality control, and clock computation. This is the long part — typically three to five weeks.
Results land
Your Delta, biological age, pace of aging, and full PDF report appear in your dashboard. We notify you the moment they are released.
You don't have to check back
Your dashboard is driven by live status from the lab, not a guess at a timeline. Each time your kit moves — shipped, received, in analysis, complete — the change lands in your account on its own. Sign in whenever you want the current state.
